HERCULITE™ is a unique Jones & Vining outsole material that combines Nitrile enriched rubber with our lightweight performance Emax® compound. Herculite™ benefits include high abrasion-resistance, very low compression set and oil-resistance, unlike other expanded materials. Herculite™ is suitable for demanding end use applications and can be combined with rubber to provide multiple color performance characteristics. Herculite™ is available only in Blocker form and is produced in China. |

JV offers high grade rubber molded outsoles and outsole pads for performance and casual footwear applications. Fashionable Laytex rubber is available for translucent and tacky, textural specific casual footwear applications. All of our rubber products are produced in China and can be prepared in combination with our family of JV outsole materials. |

| Double R™ |

Double R™ (rice rubber) is a unique, sustainable, eco-friendly product featuring a combination of natural "latex" rubber and natural "rice husks". Rice is one of the most plentiful foods consumed worldwide. "Rice Husks" that are typically discarded after harvesting, are now put to use when combined with natural rubber to create a specialized eco-friendly, sustainable product. Our natural latex rubber contains a 50% blend with SBR, which promotes good durability, slip resistance and abrasion resistance properties. All our Double R™ products are produced in China via a patented process, only available through Jones & Vining, Incorporated. |
