Jones & Vining offers high-quality molded outsoles, produced under specialized manufacturing processes with stringent laboratory testing, led to the creation of our Jones & Vining molded outsole platform. Technically innovative materials such as Emax®, J-Lite™, Herculite® and Polyurethane, as well as our new "eco-friendly" material, Double R™, present an opportunity for the custom manufacture of outsoles designed to meet the specific needs of emerging footwear markets. Our JV line of outsoles encompasses the lightweight, texture and finish specifications of a "fashion" platform, our abrasion and oil-resistant formulation specifications of a "performance" platform, while our Double R™ latex rubber and rice husks meet the specifications of an "eco-friendly" platform.
