Jones & Vining BI-FIT™ is an advanced insole board construction designed to ensure heel stability while increasing forefoot flexibility. MOLDED BI-FIT™ is first prepared via a patented manufacturing process which relies on the extrusion in sheet form of one of two recycled plastics, Polypropylene and Polyethylene, providing varying degrees of rigidity. PP or PE sheets can then be molded, allowing for custom contouring to your specific last shape, in a single molded part. Shankless shoe construction is available when utilizing hard die-cut versions of molded Bi-Fit™, while thin and softer molded versions of Bi-Fit™ are a great alternative for strobel-stitch construction. Comfort and cushioning products can be attached to provide enhanced comfort.
